Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about OneLast.Day.

What data does OneLast.Day access?

We access your Gmail (subject lines and sender/recipient addresses from the last 180 days), Google Drive (file names, modification dates, and collaborator email addresses — not file contents), and Google Calendar (event titles and attendee email addresses from the last 180 days). Your emails, files, and calendar events are never stored on our servers. If you export to Google Docs, we request permission to create a single file in your Drive.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use Google's official OAuth system — the same technology used by thousands of apps. We request the minimum access needed, process your data to generate your document, and do not store your raw Google data after processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can my employer see that I'm using this?

No. We don't notify anyone. We access your data the same way you would if you were writing the document yourself — using your own Google account credentials.

What if I don't use Google Workspace?

Currently OneLast.Day works with Google accounts (Gmail, Drive, Calendar). Microsoft 365 / Outlook support is on our roadmap.

How long does it take?

The whole process — connecting your account, answering questions, generating the document — takes around 10 minutes.

Can I edit the document before downloading?

Yes. After generation you can edit the document inline before exporting. Click any section to make changes.

What formats can I export to?

PDF, Word (.docx), and Google Docs.

What if I'm not happy with the output?

You can re-run the questions flow or edit the document inline. If the document fails to generate entirely due to a technical error, you're entitled to a full refund — contact support@afterbuck.com within 7 days.

Do I need to pay again if I want to change the template?

No. After payment you can switch templates and regenerate without paying again.

Is there a subscription?

No. One-time payment of $20 USD.
