Most handover documents are written from memory on your last week, under stress, with no structure. OneLast.Day flips that — it starts with your data, not a blank page.
Sign in with Google
You connect your Google account using OAuth — the same “Sign in with Google” button you’ve seen everywhere. We request read access to your Gmail metadata and Calendar events, and read access to your Drive file names.
Your emails, files, and calendar events are never stored on our servers — we process them to generate your document and discard them immediately. If you choose to export your finished document to Google Docs, we also request permission to create a single file in your Drive on your behalf.
We analyse your last 180 days
Our AI processes your email threads, Drive file activity and calendar events to build a picture of what you’ve actually been working on — projects, recurring meetings, key contacts, tools you use.
This isn’t a keyword search. The AI understands context — it can tell the difference between a one-off email and an ongoing client relationship, or between a meeting you attended and one you ran.
Answer smart clarifying questions
We don’t just dump everything we found. We ask you 5–8 targeted questions to confirm priorities: which projects mattered most, who needs to know what, what context only you have.
This is what makes the output actually useful. The AI knows what it doesn’t know, and asks you to fill in the gaps rather than guessing.
Choose your template
Pick from four formats: To the Point (a tight one-pager), Detailed (comprehensive, for complex roles), Corporate (formal structure for large organisations), or Narrative (readable prose for smaller teams).
After paying once, you can switch between templates and regenerate without paying again.
Download your document
Your handover document is ready. You can edit it inline before exporting. Export as PDF, Word (.docx), or send directly to Google Docs.
A PDF invoice is included for your records.
