Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to generate my document?
Document generation typically takes 30–60 seconds after you complete the questions. The AI reads your Google data and the answers you provided, then writes a full handover document. You'll see it streaming in real time.
Is my Google data safe?
Yes. We request read access to your Gmail metadata and Calendar events, and read access to your Drive file names. We never read the full body of emails, file contents, or meeting notes. Your raw Google data is processed to generate your document and is not stored on our servers.
I paid but my document didn't generate. What do I do?
If generation fails, try refreshing the page — your payment is confirmed and the document page will attempt generation again. If it still fails after a retry, email us and we will issue a full refund. Please include your payment confirmation email.
Can I edit my document after it's generated?
Yes. Click the "Edit" button in the top-right of the document page to enable inline editing. You can edit any section directly. When you're happy, download as PDF or Word, or export to Google Docs.
